CASH (Community Assets for Society and Housing) is a Community Land Trust (CLT) in South East London. It was founded by members of other housing co-ops and focuses on developing community-led housing initiatives to provide affordable housing, drawing on the experience and surplus funds of established co-ops, and pooling resources to support new projects.
Supported by the GLA Community-Led Housing Hub, CASH have been actively searching out sites across SE London. Oval Partnership have been assisting in this search, and have prepared a number of demonstration feasibility studies to illustrate how the value of 'difficult' or complex sites can be unlocked.
